<description>I'd be happy to speak with you on the matter of peerFluence, which is the trademarked name of our company.

Prior to I'd appreciate your refraining from the incorrect use of our trademark.

Social Media has also been noticed to cease and desist their use of our company name.

Our company markets an external cognition engine which does precisely what you describe in your write up.

We first met with Social Media in October of last year and appreciate their enthusiasm for our brand, but we do not have an agreement for them to use our engine at this time.

In advance of a licensing agreement with Social Media it is confusing to the market and diluting our trademark to have trusted media outlets "reporting" on Social Media using peerFluence.

Thank you for your attention to this matter
