		<description>Randall, I'm more inclined to agree with Cameron on this one, unfortunately.  With the consulting work I do, I'm trying to get the organisations I work with to have a conversation around social computing use and more often than not, what I encouter are barriers and fears around opening organisations.

Now, that said, I live in a government run town where being leading-edge isn't exactly a huge priority...
